- How long will it take to ship an order?
Printed orders will take about 2 weeks and non-printed orders will take 1-2 days.
What is your minimum order?
The quantities are listed per item. Some are 12 or 24 or 100 pcs. Per item.
What is your minimum order for free imprinting?
$500.00.
How are the orders shipped?
Orders are primarily shipped by UPS.
Visa, Master card, and American Express or customers with already established credit with Boxco International, Ltd. can buy on open account.
Can you imprint my boxes?
Yes, as some items have restrictions, but over 90% of the items can be printed.
How do I get a die made up for my boxes?
We will need a PDF file of the artwork (logo) takes about 1 week to make and then another 1-2 weeks for printing.
What colors are available for imprinting?
Gold, Silver, Black, more colors are available upon request.
Does Boxco do custom boxes?
Boxco International, Ltd. specializes in custom packaging to fit your need and image. In general a minimum custom order is 500 pieces.
How long do I wait for custom order?
Generally 90 to 120 days from the time of approval of pre-production samples.
Do I get a price break if I order in large quantities?
Yes, at 144 pieces and 1,000 pieces.
Can I have different shipping and billing addresses?
